Modular design, almost Zero down time
- Stations can be easily exchanged and redefined with almost Zero down time.
- Injection Stations are used to deliver amino acids, solvents, and reagents into reactors. Injection station can be configured to supply fluid from onboard 125ml bottles or from any external bulk containers. Minimum volume that can be dispensed by the station is 0.05 ml. Station delivery accuracy is 0.1% of dispensed volume.
- Purge stations are used to purge (empty) reactors. Purge Station comes down on the reactor and the Purge Nozzle seals against reactor’s inlet port. After seal is created, purge station pressurizes reactor to a preset pressure for preset time. Purge Station lifts up once process is complete.
Remote access software, service engineer always beside you
- Under the permission of the end-user, ThuraMed engineers can operate and diagnose the instrument remotely. It’s an easy way to train the user or help to solve problems. The easily exchangeable parts can be delivered to the user by FedEx overnight if there is a need.
- Through internet, the user also can operate the machine or view the operation in office or home. The machine can report status by e-mailing. No need to stay around the machine all the time.
